I Teach 4 Types of Classes.
1. Rebounder - Bounce On The Mini Trampoline - Classes Are Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 06:00am
2. Weights Class - Every Saturday Morning at 08:00am
3. BootCamp - Monday at 17:00, Thursday at 06:30am and Saturday 11:00am
4. Boxercise - Coming soon
