Would highly recommend Ahh fitness, I was in that place like a lot of people where I wasn’t happy with how I looked or how I felt but couldn’t be bothered doing anything about it. I have been on the plan for just over 2 weeks and have lost 11lb, Initially when I started I thought my goal was just to lose weight but that’s not the case anymore, since starting I’ve really enjoyed getting back into exercise, it’s made me feel loads better not just physically but mentally, thanks my wonderful husband for forcing me to start this, your help and support on this journey has been amazing
